Hello Wellness Education Followers,
For those of you in Canada, tonight is on the Food Network at 7:00pm you can take in Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.
In the past week I have received a several emails from friends and family who have begun juicing and are feeling its benefits. I am very excited to watch this film as so many people have told me about it. So tonight, I will watching this great film on one man’s journey to health to see how Joe Cross began his wellness journey and shared it with others. In two weeks, I will be celebrating a year of juicing so this film is perfect timing for me.
