Hello Hunger,
Ever wonder what is behind world hunger and what the stats and figures that you might want to reflect upon? This interesting panel discussion held at the American Museum of Natural History, brings together a host of international speakers on food hunger, organics, soil and politics.
This discussion is extremely thought provoking and you should allow time to reflect upon all that you hear as it is extremely content rich. Some of the discussion may conflict with other videos I have shared but I like to ensure I share information with you that also gives you a chance to have your own opinion.
If I was in New York City or planning a visit, I would be adding “Our Global Kitchen” at American Museum of Natural History to my list of things to see and do. It runs through August 11, 2013. The Museum has a great website that contains videos, articles and other content covering food, farming and the museum’s food exhibit, which can be viewed here: “Our Global Kitchen.”
May you try to understand the complexity of hunger.
To appreciating the food we have,
