Creamy Tahini Dressing

Hi Salad Lovers,

Here is yet another great dressing to try out.  It goes great on Kale salad with Garam Masala Chick Peas on top.  This dressing is made right in the mason jar – easy clean-up.

Creamy Tahini Dressing

  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp vegenaise
  • 1 tsp miso
  • 4 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground thyme
  • 1/2 tsp ground garlic
  • 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 4 tbsp filtered water


  1. Take out a 500 ml mason jar.
  2. Add the tanini and vegenaise.  Combine.
  3. Add the miso, combine.
  4. Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice, combining as you go.
  5. Add ground ginger, ground thyme, ground garlic and onion salt.  Combine.
  6. Add filtered water to create a more liquid texture for easy pouring.
  7. That’s it.  One jar, a fork to mix and measuring spoons.
  8. Pour on a leaf salad and toss to fully cover the leaves.
