Hey wellness advocates,
I as at Organic Garage today picking up my week supply of groceries and they were sampling a few products. One of the products I tried was Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free muffins samples made by Yammie 7.
The ingredients are simple although they contain agave as a sweetener and eggs. I sampled all three flavours that they carry – carrot pecan, a chocolate mix and a banana nut. All were tasty with the most flavourful being the Carrot Pecan. So I purchased a package of 4 Carrot Pecan Muffins for around $8.00. You purchased them frozen and keep them in your freezer until you are ready to eat them. My friend at @OrganicExpert told me tonight she has tried them all and really enjoyed them. Her suggestion was to cut the muffin in half as they are very hearty.
Can I eat these muffins on a restricted diet? You will only know after you try one and see how you feel a day later. I was pleased to find this statement on the Yammie7.com site:
Yammie 7 product is endorsed by The National Association of Professional Cancer Coaches. The NAPCC has awarded us their “seal” of excellence for our unprecedented natural, organic and synergistic ingredient composition.
I like the idea of having a different breakfast or snack item in the freezer that I can eat. At 280 calories each, it will take control to only have one as they were that tasty.
So a good tasting muffin that is actually full of goodness.
May your day be filled with new tastes.
To marvelous muffins,
